Pastor:
Raymond Meester
Raymond Meester has been the pastor of Heritage since 1994. He grew
up on a small farm in Iowa, attended Sterling College in Sterling,
Kansas, received his Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological
Seminary, Princeton, New Jersey, and his Doctor of Ministry from
McCormick Theological Seminary, Chicago. Previously he served churches
in Kansas and Iowa. He is a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), is conversant
in sign language, and a governor-appointed board member of the Nebraska
Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. He and his wife Ramona
have one daughter who is a student at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

Interpreter:
Frances Beaurivage
Frances Beaurivage has been a professional interpreter for more
than 20 years, but has been interpreting for most of her life, as
her parents are both deaf. Her full time employment is with Boys
Town National Hospital, in the EIPA Diagnostic Assessment program.
She is also the interpreter for Heritage Presbyterian Church. In
addition to her work with Boys Town and Heritage, she does other
types of community interpreting and training workshops for interpreters.
She has her RID National Certification, CI/CT.
