Activities & Events

A wide assortment of activities and events provide ample opportunities for fellowship throughout the year.  Whether you like singing, playing board games, or eating birthday cake, there's something for everyone.  True to Presbyterian tradition, we also have potlucks!
PCUSA Vital Congregations Revitalization Initiative
Homestead Presbytery has been selected to participate in this program.  If you are not familiar with this initiative, more information can be found here.
Heritage Prayer Chain
To activate the prayer chain, please call or email the first person on the list with your prayer request:

Fellowship Activities
Being a group that likes to have fun together means we do more than worship together.  Bowling outings, hot dog cookouts, trivia nights, ball games and more are all part of our fellowship and extend our connection beyond the church building.  These activities are open to anyone (not just members!)  View the event calendar or check the current newsletter to see what's planned.
Chancel & Bell Choir
If you enjoy music, join one or both of our choirs.  Ability levels vary for both choirs, but if you're worried you can't carry a tune, then the bell choir would be happy to have you!  No prior experience is necessary.  Anyone high school aged and older is welcome to participate in either group.
  • 'Singers' (chancel choir) practice every Wednesday 5:30-6:30 (except during the summer).
  • 'Ringers' (bell choir) practice schedule varies but usually meets on Wednesday evenings.  Currently meeting at 6:30 on Wednesday evenings.
